Experience
I work on gathering project requirements, feature requirements and building a design brief from the client’s ask. My daily tasks include identifying users, use cases, user goals and general user behavior for projects, conducting research to identify areas of impact and insights to guide design. I also collaborate with peers and clients to workshop and co-create solution concepts which I then translate into then wireframes and prototypes for proof of concept. I get to present the research and solution concepts to foster client buy-in.

Experience
Worked on identifying and assessing user needs to design experiences that will help a user achieve their goal. I got to collaborate with the engineering team to ideate and brainstorm product features that would be intuitive for the user. Deliverables include wireframes (high and low fidelity), prototypes and presentations. I also worked on scaling the product across different platforms like iOS, android, web and voice platforms.

Experience
Researched the user behavior of the Design Research team within the Innovation org at Milwaukee Tool. Analyzed the insights to identify opportunities and designed a database prototype to archive and analyze multiple data sets that were collected by the Research Team. Other projects included researching competing products and mapping insights to make informed decisions for product development.
